Staff Positions and Responsibilities

(Position Filled) Program Manager– Oversees the entire program.

(Position Filled) Program Supervisor – Oversees program, directly supervises all management staff.

​(Open) Job Coach – Works directly with the clients, assisting with job training, activities and employment goals.
(Mesa and North Tucson) ($17.50-$18.50/hr + Benefits)

(Open) LEAD Job Coach- Works directly teaching 1-2 members, and oversees job coaches, goals, documentation and program basics) ($18.00-$19.50/hr + Benefits)

(Positions Filled) Lead  Activity Staff – Plans and carries out special program events, activities and outings.

(Open) Direct Support Professional- Provides care and independent living skill instruction to individuals with disabilities. ($17.50-$18.50/hr + Benefits)
